I specialize in Watersedge Resort Timeshare Resales located directly on Long Island Sound in Westbrook, CT.  Watersedge resort is the only timeshare on the beach in Connecticut.  My resale business has serviced buyers and sellers of their Watersedge weeks for over the past 23 years and my reviews are astonishing! check out under my 'testimonials".   I take pride in assisting my clients with finding the right weeks for them whether float or fixed and familiarizing them with the trading powers of RCI.  They are particularily thrilled with the fact that they can use the resort ,the gym, spa and pools as part of their timeshare plus they get a week to use at the resort of trade in RCI or II.  Members also receive substantial discounts while at the resort in the restaurant and lounge and bar as well as discounts on any functions they hold at the resort.

About me:  I have been licensed since 1972 and have owned and operated a large Real Estate company for many years, hiring and professionally training over 32 agents in the art of Real Estate Sales.  After Selling the company,  I now own and operate Gail Garrity Realtors, Inc. in Westbrook, Connecticut with a high definition in WatersEdge resale timeshare on Long Island Sound.   We provide deed preparation within our fee schedule and only get paid when your timeshare closes.  There are NO UPFRONT FEES!  We are a small independent company that focuses on personal contact, placing our clients FIRST. We believe that direct personal  contact services our clients interests, and we are involved in the community. We are full service with flexible fee schedules....

JUSTICE OF THE PEACE:  I am a licensed Justice of the Peace in the state of Connecticut and write custom vows for your special occassion and am creative in making your marriage ceremony one to remember.  Your ceremony can be small and  intimate with just the two of you or an elaborate event!

NOTARY SERVICES:   I am also a licensed notary public for any documents you need notarized.
